S4 Wake up issue

I have Verizon S4 and currently using with tmobile. Sometimes it doesn't wakeup and as soon as I remove back cover, it wakes up without reset.
Anyone has similar experience or anything which can fix this

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that it wakes up without reset? The screen comes on as soon as you remove the back, just as if you were pressing the Power button to wake the phone up? That would make me wonder if the Power button itself is having problems.

Yes as soon as I remove the back cover and press power button it wakes up. It usually happens only when phone is in my pocket.
