S4 with parrot ck3100?

S4 with parrot ck3100

No problem pairing, or getting contacts on parrot or call register. However I can make and receive one call, say, via parrot, then second call or third call connects but will not go via audio in car, cannot hear third party and they can't hear me. Tried restart, which worked a couple of times, and shutdown. Sometimes I go out and it will work, sometimes it wont. Sometimes, I scroll Parrot and it wont give "phonebook" or "settings" spoken. Just silence. Today it wouldn't work at 4.10pm, but at 4.50pm I received an incoming call okay. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Are there any other Bluetooth devices nearby that might be competing for connection, like a Bluetooth headset?

no other devices, just me in the car with the parrot and my phone. Tried something this morning, and got my friend to ring me and it worked on incoming, then tried to scroll to phonebook after the call and got nothing.

Had the guy out about a month ago and he reloaded new stuff and replaced something! So I guess it should be. ONly had it since last January 2015

Ok, but still worth checking--do the update regardless of what it's on currently.
