S4GT-I9505 Root failed

Hello, so yesterday i tryed to root my phone that had lollipop 5.0.1 to root with 4.4.2 - stupid, but now i have problem, that my phone says error like this -

Firmware ugrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery more in kies & try again.

SO I tryed to go to download mode and install firmware but it stuck almost when finished (blue line didnt finish) and in odin it said fail. What can i do?

When i install a new firmware it says faail in last moment
 
Please do not use url shorteners. If you wish attach an image, please use the built in image attachment system.
 
It's seems to be problem in your NAND memory. If you update your firmware what options you got ticks? And when you will try to update again via Odin, try this: 1. Different USB port 2. Different USB cable 3. New USB drivers and if everything fails go to RECOVERY mode (if you can) and try Factory reset, data wipe, cache wipe and so on...
