No the S5 won't get Samsung Pay that I am aware of. There is also special technology involved in using Saamung Pay with the new phones. Now it is possible that it might work with terminals that accept Android Pay or Google Wallet, because that just requires NFC. You can call Samsung Pay directly here and ask.
