S5 - unable to complete previous operation due to low memory

I was trying to add a 300k photo to an ad of mine online and got that message. Now my phone storage is only half full - how can I correct this message? Factory reset or an app? I tried Clean master which cleared some cache but that message came back.

Also the only time I ever see this memory issue is in the Swappa site. I can load Facebook photos email and everything else without issue.

I went into Google Chrome and cleared the history and cache. Since doing that I haven't had the memory issue when posting photos to Swappa.

I had that problem on Swappa too...I tried "Request desktop site"...then it worked...
