S6 Active just updated 5.1.1 and notifications will not stop, what can I do?

S6 Active just updated 5.1.1 and notifications will not stop

S6 Active on AT&T. Just updated to 5.1.1. The phone is vibrating and audible notifications while I have all notifications off. I put the phone into "mute". I even put it into "Airplane" mode and it still was setting off notifications.

Any ideas?
