S6 Edge: Black screen w/ x
My s6 Edge has been malfunctioning for a few days. I took it to my service provider and they told me basically nothing, just to get a new phone. It will have a black screen with an x on it, then it will power off. When it is on, it's constantly changing the brightness. It did have a screen about downloading "gear vr," which I googled, but it takes me to the virtual reality head set which I have never even heard of. Could someone have tampered with the phone? Is it a bug of sorts?
