Cost of replacing the front glass is 65% of the cost of new phone.SUMSUNG should consider reducing the cost as this find is a very common problem for this model.

I have no experience of that device, and have not heard that that is a recognised problem with it, but as long as any manufacturer is satisfied that glass damage is due to a manufacturing defect, they will replace without charge.
