S6 rebooting into safe mode

Had anyone else had issues with their S6 rebooting into safe mode while there phone is in their pocket?
I've had this happen 4 or 5 times now.

If you hit the right buttons in the right sequence, it will, even if you're hitting them with your thigh.

What's the sequence for entering safe mode? I can't believe I've accident entered safe mode will my mobile was in my back and with my work trousers side pocket
