You are missing the point bro. 2600mAh in a 2015 flagship phone is unacceptable.

But you're missing the point, broseph, in that raw numbers, for anything really, aren't always a good measure for actual performance. It holds true for CPU clock speeds, camera MP count, mAh battery capacities, etc. Companies can easily get by with a 2600 mAh battery if the hardware has been optimized and the software takes that into account. The 14nm Exynos chip could very well last all day with that battery, we just don't know yet.

It might cause some hesitation but the S6 should still be formidable. I would be more worried about Samsung's implementation of TouchWiz (this isn't the first time they said it would be more scaled back), whether or not low-light pictures are improved (there is still room for improvement with the Note 4/Edge), and if Samsung will continue to enforce their apps (which can be disabled but not uninstalled).
