S6 storage question? (only have half a gig)

Just got a brand new S6 yesterday, and for some reason I am limited to only 547 mb of storage. I deleted all my files and plugged into my PC and it even says 547 out of 547 mb available, as if thats all it has. Very confused by this. Its a 32 gig and I can only store 547 mb worth of files on it at a time, what gives? I attached a screenshot of my PC if that would help any

Gotta ask, where did you get the phone? If you bought it through a carrier then you should just have it replaced. Seems like the memory wasn't formatted properly. If you bought it online or through a third party you might have a fake on your hands.
