S6 - windows 10 issues

with windows 7 I was able to transfer data to and from S6 to PC, IE photos, music etc, having upgraded to Windows 10 my S6 is no longer visible and now unable to transfer data

any ideas on how to fix this

yep same result cant find device, even updated drivers via smart switvh

Haven't tried it with mine. I use airdroid app

It's a new Microsoft Product, there really isn't much else to say other than that. I am sure somewhere down the line one of the multiple updates will have a fix. MS seems to always have the cart before the horse.

After you plug it in, you should get a USB notification on the phone. Tap it and you will get a choice between media device and camera. Select camera and it should show up in windows explorer under this pc.
