S7 audio cutting out after 7 days

Really like the s7, however as the title states the audio sometimes cuts out when watching a video. From what I've researched this is hardware rather than software. I've only had this phone from new for 7 days, so can return however sold my iPhone so won't have a phone for a while. Extremely incontinent. Would you return now?

Hello there, I have a Galaxy S7 edge and love it, my sister has the regular GS7 and thinks is the best phone on the planet.
The only times I had a similar problem, is when my phone is wet, the speaker takes a bit to function properly.
But yes, you might be right too; it can be the hardware on your phone.
I don't know where you are, but in USA you normally have 14 days to return or exchange the phone with most of the companies.
If possible, just exchange it for another GS7.
Even in this era, all companies have defective products sometimes.
