s7 built in weather app network unavailable

It seemed to work this morning but the temp seemed off so I cleared my location from it and was going to start over but now every time I click the widget since there's no app for it it just says network unavailable. I didn't have it set to pinpoint my location and just had it search for my city only when I first got the phone a week ago and only looked at it twice.

Do you have any apps disabled?

Yes a few, but none relating to that. Just at&t and some other bloat I saw was recommended to disable.
