S7 - Connection issues?

Hi, so I've been subscribed to Google play music for a year now and always loved it. Just last week I upgraded to a galaxy s7 and starting today, in Google play music, 90% of the songs are greyed out and it sometimes give me a "music playback error". I've never had this happen before and it's been hours since it's worked on this device alone. *With or without wifi* Now when I go to Facebook on LTE network, it's giving me a "connection problem" error and it won't load anything or its INCREDIBLY slow. Using wifi works for FB but not for Google play. What gives?
 
I have no idea but I do know Google Play has they're own helpline. Give them a call here +1 855-836-3987 it is 24/7 if you live in the US.

Google Play by far has the best customer service!
