S7 Connection issues

So... there are some connection issues I have with the S7.

Things like this:


and this...

Why..? why? and why? I don't get it. Whenever I get these stupid messages, the phone has an internet connection... My wife has the same phone and has no issues at all. Is my phone possibly defective?

Is that network connection type in Chinese? Where exactly did you get this phone? Did it ever work? Does it work via WiFi? Does the phone work otherwise? Calls, text....

I'm not really sure about the network connection type but I bought it brand new from T-Mobile. And it has done it since day one. I don't really use Wifi so can't be too sure. The phone does work otherwise though.

I have been having the same issue. Started after the nougat update. I have tried a factory reset but it didn't help. Does it both on and off wifi

I'm pretty sure when I bought the phone though that Nougat came preloaded onto it already, if that makes any difference

If that the case it's probably a nougat issue. One that seriously needs fixed.

I love my s7 but the connection issue is getting bad enough that I am seriously considering selling my phone and switching to an iPhone.
