Well GSam didn't actually show me that Tasker is what was preventing Doze, there's no program that will specifically show you what is preventing Doze from working. In my case, I just did some searching in to what bugs or apps could possibly prevent Doze, and I found that there is a setting in Tasker that will keep Doze from ever kicking in.
So I'm sorry but you're just gonna have to do some Googling and searching. If you're using Tasker, having the reliable alarms setting on will not allow Doze to work. If you're not using Tasker, than I would suggest you try and clear the "backup glitch" in case you have it. Some people report that they successfully get Doze working again by: turning off "backup my data" in your phones settings, clear cache under "storage" in your phones settings, turn off phone, boot in recovery and clear system cache, reboot device. Apparently that should clear the bug, according to a lot of users. Some report the bug happens when you plug your phone into a charger and you have "backup my data" on and on wifi
