S7 edge camera pro mode broken after nougat update

[AC Question]

When I go into pro mode, the +/- setting is greyed out and unselectable. And is pegged at +2.0. It'll automatically adjust itself when in a really dark environment so I can see an image on the screen but in bright light, all I get is a pure white screen and resultant picture. Worked fine before the update. A friend got nougat at around the same time on his S7 edge and his pro mode is fine. A glitch...but is it fixable?

Try these 2 things and see if it corrects the issue.

1. Boot into recovery and wipe the cache partition.

2. In Settings go to Applications > Camera > Storage > CLEAR DATA > DELETE.
