S7 Edge gets into safe mode and it stuck there, why?

My s7 Edge keeps booting into safe mode but I am not sure why. Then it gives me the option to turn safe mode off and restart but that does not work.

Any idea on what's happening? And what's the easiest way to get phone out of safe mode since the on screen option does not work.

Please help. Thanks.

If you can't get out of safe mode, can you factory reset?
