I called tmobile and that stated that you can't use the Jump on demand to order your phone. You will have to wait until the phones are in the store, and than you can use the Jump service.

That is incorrect. I Pre-ordered my phone using jump on demand on the 23rd. You have to do it in store.

Well I used jump on demand and have the order number to prove it.. Lol. Not trying to be smart about it. I didn't know for sure If I could but when I called to see they said no problem.

Yeah...I did the JOD in the store as well.
I did call customer service first to try and do it over the phone and was told it's best to go into a Corp store to make sure it's done correctly.

I didnt try over the phone but I had no problem pre ordering in store

Hmm alright. Maybe I'll try running to a T-Mobile store on the way home today.

If you order online right now, they have free over night shipping so you will get it tomorrow. I ordered mine yesterday and will have it tomorrow. I don't use jump or anything like that.

I pre-ordered on the phone using JOD @ T-Mobile. The phone arrived today with no instructions on how to return the old phone. Do I take it to store or mail phone back?
