S7 Edge - Verizon preorders

No update yet.
Online still shows in store pickup and a ship date of 3/11/2016.
App shows 1800s still.

Hopefully tomorrow it'll be charged and shipped by tuesday.
 
My S7 edge finally shipped via FedEx. I'm not sure when I'm supposed to get it because the shipping number isn't active yet.

This week is going to be exciting!
 
I paid for the S7 Edge outright in a pre-order and only after I did that, did I read the fine print about needing the PHONE to be on a device payment plan to qualify for the gear S2 - originally I thought the watch had to be on the payment plan... I'm curious if I will still qualify. Should I cancel my pre-order and sign up for the payment plan?
You will not qualify unless it's on a device payment plan.

Order now showing that it has shipped with a ship date of 3/7 via FedEx. Chose overnight shipping at checkout on 2/29. Should be here by Tuesday @ 10:30.

Yay. What color did you order?

(I ordered black and silver on 2/27. I am sure mine will be shipped soon and I should just go to bed, but just curious of course).

Ordered 3/2. Black edge. Via enterprise portal.
Charged my card this morning. Got the shipping notification this evening. Overnight shipping on FedEx, expect to have it Tuesday.

@FCSC They cancelled my order totally. I stayed up all night till 8 am on the 23rd to place that order. Now I've essentially lost my place in line, that is how they've screwed me over.
 
@Joe the Insider. I called them and the customer service rep said he has to contact the Help desk. After 30 mins on call he returned and said the help desk said the order got corrupted and they couldn't pull it back without cancelling.

The order has disappeared from the Verizon Mobile App. It used to say Pre-order number before on the top. Now it says Order Number only. My other 2 pre-orders that I placed on the 26th still say Processing like this one, however still show Pre-order number rather than Order number. Also those two show up in the mobile app as well.

I somehow don't believe this unless you put misinformation in when you preordered. Verizon will always call you to fix an order before canceling...
Also the website doesn't show the order I'm talking about either when I check like this. It shows my other orders, but not the one that has disappeared. Screen Shot 2016-03-07 at 12.32.35 AM.jpg
 
GOODBYE VERIZON!

Been wanting to get away from Bad Red for years. Now they've done it. Despite correcting my address several times in the Gilroy, CA corporate Verizon store, they just cancelled my order because of an address mismatch.

I placed my order on Feb 23, today they charged my card, but it didn't match the address on my charge card. Instead of contacting me (after all, they do know my phone number), they reversed the charge and cancelled my order.

Previous gripe (multiple times): Every single time I have returned a phone on the "Edge Up" program they have charged me for the phone as though I never returned it. It has taken an average of three months to get the mistaken charges removed from my bill. In fact, the billing is almost always wrong. One time the returned phone got there late, so instead of returning it and charging me, they charged me AND kept the phone!!! Which is, of course, robbery.

Sick of it, sick of CDMA, sick of giant logos on everything, sick of VZ Navigator and all the other crapware wasting space on my phones, sick of them removing features I wanted to have. Cutting my rant short.

Going to start a new hate relationship with AT&T Friday.
