S7 Edge - Verizon preorders

The way the system is wired, you have to return the active device on the line at time of purchase. This is not necessarily the device which you signed the 2 year contract on. Returning any other phone is just asking for trouble.

And of course my s7 says shipped now, with a ups tracking number although that number isn't active yet in UPS system. Guess I am just turning in the iphone 6 and lesson learned for next time! Will save the iphone 4 for my other line that I will do a DPP with in the future

Yep. Pre-ordered from both BB and VZW. Will sell the BB phone when my VZW order gets here.

Also, I saw a few pages back about only being eligible for the S2 promotion if the phone was put on a payment plan. Does that mean since I ordered via Enterprise and it is being billed to my account, I won't be able to get the S2 and can only get the VR? Or am I even eligible for the VR since it's an Enterprise order?

Sitting here... Thinking about life... And what it actually means. While tryin to understand what the heck Verizon did to me today.

Soooo, yesterday *3/6* came out of my account, right? But for some strange reason it bounced back INTO my account. We moved recently and the billing zip wasn't up to date. No big deal right? Call Verizon and have them fix the zip?

Nope. Called Verizon, some nice talkative lady told me that she couldn't get the payment to go through because of the family base on our account. (What?... Really?)

So I disabled Family Base fairly quickly. She then tells me she STILL couldn't get the payment to go through. So she canceled my pre-order and pre ordered it again. (What?..)

Said that was the ONLY way because of some technicality going on. Cool, whatever. I'm in no rush. Asked her if I'd still get my free Gear S2 and she assured me I would. She kept talking about "jump the line" to get me closest to my pre-order date as quick as possible. Still no shipping... And I don't know what account she's even using because she never asked me for my credit card number over the phone. Soooo Yeah... This will be interesting.

I really hope my edge ships soon. It will be awful to see my husband playing with his while I wait. I hope vzw didn't jack my stuff up even more than they did. I'll wait til Wednesday and if it hasn't shipped yet I am going to call them considering the mess that i've had.

Gold S7 Edge Ordered 3/2 got got charged and shipped today. Not in UPS system yet, not sure if it will arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.

I think certain colors are being shipped from different warehouses and that's why some are shipped and some not. Either way, there's still lots of time left for it to processed in time.

My ship date moved from 3/6 to 3/7. It now shows up in the ups system but no scheduled delivery date yet. Shipping from Memphis. Silver edge. Looks like 2 day ground so should arrive on 3/9.
