Has anyone who's tracking numbers are working received the "your phone has shipped" email?

I never received a "your phone has shipped" email even though my phone is in transit from Memphis.

My tracking number is active but not active after talking on the phone with Verizon they said I should see action before 5pm coast time over in Cali and I'm in Michigan- so funny. But I guess at least it's on it's way. Here's to more waiting

My UPS tracking number for order placed on 3/1 went active 5 min ago.... it has been inactive since acct showed s7 as shipped around 10am this morning.

Have not not received a shipping email from VZW but did receive notification alert from UPS item was shipped from Memphis at 445pm......

------ALso, just curious about credit card charges.... were they only for taxes for those that ordered through DPP? On my order sheet it only showed taxes in the amount of $3.41 and my card has not been charged for anything......

Hi Joe,
I ordered on 2/23, Silver Edge.
It hasn't shipped yet and my card hasn't been charged. Still says processing. App still says ship date is 1858
Any suggestions?

That has never happened to me and I get 4-6 ups packages a month, now USPS on the other hand their tracking is not reliable at all.

If anything, had the rep stuck around and tried to help you, they may have just screwed things up. Possibly lucky the rep just ran for the hills when you told them people are getting tracking #s.
