S7: Samsung Pay

I am trying to setup Samsung Pay again. It installs, then it asks "Do you want to install an update to this built-in application? Your existing data will not be lost. It does not require any special access" and has a "Cancel" and "Install" button at the bottom, neither of which will actually do anything. I click on both of them and absolutely zero happens. Any suggestions of what I need to do?
 
Try the Samsung support on their website. They're pretty quick to respond
