Hi,
Hoping someone can help please! My S7 on Vodafone UK is not booting due to the above mentioned error message. Previously rooted but have downloaded stock firmware to install via Odin v3.10.7. The phone is detected in Odin and I select the AP in the PDA box but get the following error:
Boot.img
NAND Write Start!!
Complete (Write) operation failed

After I click on the Start button in Odin.

As mentioned the phone is not booting. Can anyone suggest how to fix this please?

You should have disabled frp lock in your Samsung account. Download Samsung Smart Switch to your PC select emergency firmware recovery and follow the instructions

Thanks for the reply. I've tried that but cannot get the software to detect the phone as it doesn't boot up. Even put it into the volume up / down start modes to no avail.

It only needs to be in download mode. Try uninstalling Odin as it doesn't like Smart Switch. Make sure you use the cable that came with the phone and try different USB ports

Tried that too but it comes up with the message: Unsupported Device
Odin is not installed it's just run from a .exe file within a folder I created... now deleted.

Ah the means the USB drivers may not be installed. Does it show up in Windows Device Manager?

I installed the Samsung USB Driver earlier this evening - although it was already installed and checking the Windows Device Manager - "SAMSUNG Mobile USB CDC Composite Device" appears under the USB controllers.

The device is detected fine in Odin. Here's the full text output after I select the AP .tar file and click start:

I think you will need to take it to a Vodafone store. It all went pear shaped when you didn't switch off frp lock in your Samsung account. It's too late now as the phone won't boot
