S7275R slow when moving from page to page

I have Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R phone and when i turn on the screen after 1 day of no use it is slow
and laggy when moving from page to page for 10 seconds. What should i do?

Have you tried a Cache Partition wipe?

Yes. I did. But displays 'error' and phone restarts.

But i cleared cache with TWRP Recovery but didn't helped.
