S8+ GIF creator?

Does anyone know if the S8+ can create GIFS like on the Note 7? Call me silly but I loved that feature on my Note 7 and used it a lot.

Nothing comes up in play store. Can you try linking again or say what it is?

I know there's lot of third party. I was wondering if it was baked in like the Note 7.
