S8+ Stuck in Installing System Update

Hello guys, my Galaxy S8+ Plus after the software update on October 2018 stuck in "Installing System Update" I am confused how to fix this now.. I can't even force restart it.. can anyone please help me?

It's a long time I haven't used it because of the problem.. I just kept the phone on my closet..
