S8 video recording low light problem

I just got my s8 used in mint condition with more than 17 months of warranty but i have an issue..
So when i enter the video recording mode , it starts emiting some trail shadows on any video i make , im having the phone for like 7 days but i just tried the recording today when i noticed it..some images that are in the picture start reproducing as some trail or a duplicate video going paralely as original one..i dont know how to describe it...can anyone help ?

This is a video i made on low light ( note that the reddish color is due to the red light in the room , i am talking about the video quallity issue )

Nothing unusual really.. low light situations are solved in 2 ways, the shutter open for longer periods of time cause more pronounced motion blur or the ISO is so high that you have a very noisy image.

Hello guys , i am submitting one more video in which is more clear what is happening to me.
Please take a closer look at the foot in the video , i will do a circular motion while recording and shadow trails appear. This happens even in brighter recording places but i chose this video only to make it more clear for you guys.
