S9 plus weird gallery thumbnail

I have the s9 plus and i really love it so far. But just yesterday, i noticed something weird with one of my gallery photos.
Tha thumbnail is different from the actual picture!

The picture is a screenshot of our cctv camera. On the thumbnail it shows around 15 people but on the actual picture(when you press the thumbnail) it only shows around 8 and a completely different situation!

Anyone else having this? And can anyone explain this? Thank you!

I’ll try moving this to the S9 forum, since you’ve had no responses in this forum - though it does seem like the right one in which to have posted the question.

Welcome to the forums. That's very strange! I have no idea why it happened, but you could try something. Clear the cache for the gallery app, restart the phone to recreate the cache files and see if the problem persists. Tell us how it goes.
