S9 vs iPhone X - your opinions please!

Well - this is sure to be a hot topic here in the forums, but I figure, hey... why not

For those of us around here that are diehard Android users, let's try and be as subjective as possible!

What do you think about Samsung's current flagship (S9) vs Apple's flagship (iPhone X)? Which one is better in your opinion, and why? And where would you put your hard earned dollars to purchase?

And how would anyone know until th S9 (and +) are actually available and being used.
We can look at specs until pigs fly but it won’t mean much until maybe a months of hands one use.

If I could only choose one I'd go iPhone X. more updates and my opinion you get more for your money. just me though. it's why I have both, note 8 and iPhone X

Well the iPhone X is tempting but it’s the same old iOS and the latest version is full of bugs. I’ve come close to getting the X, but am currently probably going to get the S9. The regular version and not the plus.
