s9plus battery after 4 days!

So I bought s9plus 4 days ago and was really worried because of the battery life I was getting. 8 hours and my device would just die. But after first 2 cycles it started to show it's power! Now I am on my 4th cycle and getting 24h up time with 7-8 hours screen on time with radio and wifi on all the time(24hours) . I am really really happy with this device. I love it!
Btw I am using exynos version !

same here....using exynos version 128gb variant Indian version....getting excellent battery life....even with lot of smart view feature....basically screen mirroring
Get any around 1.5 days to 2 days depending on my use

lucky. had mine for about a month now. battery did improve, but on average only getting about 3.5 SOT. it lasts thru the day so I'm ok with that. but oh to see it last long like others.. I'll still keep dreaming.

This is always a subjective topic. It will always depend on individual usage. I will never get great battery life with any device because of the way I use it. I've come to terms with that long ago and have just worked around it.

I've never gotten as much as a half day charge on a smartphone. I'm a very heavy user, with lots of apps running in the background (e. g. numerous news organizations).

With that said, my S9+ has the best battery life of any smartphone that I've owned.

My numbers, while idle, are almost as good. Had to set my alarm and realized that I hadn't charged my S9+ (Snapdragon). Here are the battery numbers: at 44 hours on battery, I still had 13% and 4 hours remaining. Backstory, I was down for a few days with a tremendous allergy/cold issue and was unable to clearly see my phone so little use. I'm able to get 24 hours of moderate use. Coming from the S7 Active with 4000mA battery, I'm impressed.

Not many posts regarding battery life on this phone? Lots of misleading information out there, but I'm quite impressed with real-world battery life so far. I'm usually quite a light user. Some specs and information to put things in context:
-Exynos version, WQHD+ resolution. Not rooted, but I did factory reset before using the phone
-Auto-brightness enabled
-AOD enabled the entire time
-Several apps that I don't use are uninstalled or disabled (eg. Chrome/YouTube are disabled as I use Samsung's built in browser instead for most internet-related activities)
-Most auto-syncing and auto-updating processes are disabled (I don't do this to save battery life - it's just that I like to be in control with most things on my phone (and laptop/PC too for that matter)
-Several hours of movie watching in the dark (probably why the SOT is so high)
-Nearly 3 hours of GPS (High accuracy) with mobile data enabled (mostly 4G and 3G)
-A few hours of bluetooth connectivity to either car or external speaker device
-Other miscellaneous activities like short spurts of web browsing, listening to music directly from the phone, several text messages and short phone calls etc.



-Phone drained until it shut down as you can see in the screenshot - it's connected to a charger with fast charging disabled.
