More frequent updates would help LG rep.
Lack of updates on Android is a real problem, but one that most people don't know exists.
More frequent updates would help LG rep.
Losing existing customers. Many firmer customers left due to old bootloop issue. My V20 was fine but I won't buy LG again due to lack of updates. Once you gain a customer bad idea to lose him but you've lost me.How so? They don't have it or don't have the perception of having "updates" yet grew market share in the US.

You're right, but LACK of updates can lose existing customers. You won't grow much if you must constantly find NEW customers. Many LG owners discuss this issue. It isn't only I.That's fine for you. But there is no evidence that updates = sales.
Are you a cellular salesperson?
No, I run a large division in a major international tech company. I have worked on the business side of the Tech world for almost 30 years. I am very familiar with working with partners and resellers. Retail and solution providers. MDF funds are a staple for partnering with companies to jointly promote your products. When you see any type of joint promotion (advertisement) for a tech item, the promotion was developed and paid for with MDF.
Why didn't LG set up the display in the T-Mobile store? Samsung reps go to the store setup displays and return to make sure they are still functioning. I do know that Samsung and Apple budget considerable funds to market with their partners. Both sides contribute to extend their marketing budget. The reason something Best Buy had 2 year old V10 displays was the due to LG lack of Field reps watching over their brand.
I have yet to hear one post from anyone on this forum that met a salesperson knowledgeable on the V30. Some companies will send out packets of material with the crazy idea some one in the store will read the material. So this means that salespeople received no training on the V30 whatsoever?
I hate it when I go to stores to check something out and I know more than the sales people, but that's like everytime.I have yet to hear one post from anyone on this forum that met a salesperson knowledgeable on the V30. You're right. I've schooled phone store salespeople many times.I hate it when I go to stores to check something out and I know more than the sales people, but that's like everytime.![]()
I was looking to buy the LG V30 but not a single TMobile store in CT has the phone on launch day!!! are you kidding me? Extremely disappointing that TMobile does not have actual phones in stores on launch day.
