Samaund S7, how do I turn off my screen timeout?

I'm using my S7 as a gps and keep it plugged in to power. It keeps turning off after 10 minutes (max setting) and it is super annoying.

Which app are you using for GPS? Google maps when used for navigation should hold the screen on. There is no setting to remove the timeout, you just need to use an app which locks the screen on (uses wakelock).

If your app doesn't support wakelock, there are a couple apps in the play store which you can use. I have no affiliation with them and have not tested them, but here is one:
