same issue with 1 number

[Android Central Question]

I see the last post for this issue was back in nov of 2017. I have the galaxy S8 thru Sprint and just started have this issue. Can't call 1 # but can red'v calls and can text back & forth. Went to my sprint dealer today to no avail. Is there a solution to this problem?

In which issue is that? (You can't post in a particular sub-forum unless you register first.)

If there's just one number you can't call - first, exactly what does "can't call" mean? Second, have you tried calling it from a different phone? The number may just have a problem.

Or the person with the number could have you blocked for voice calls but not texts.
