Samsing S8 plus. Lost functionality to schedule messages

Hi. With the latest update. I lost a key functionality for messages on my S8 plus. Prior to the update I was able to schedule a message. This is available.

Can you please advise how to reinstate this feature.

Tap on the plus sign on the left of the message, where you previously added photos and stuff
