They never gave me a new code claiming no code can be used for the watch. So they reset my original code which works again. So I'm saving it til I decide what to get.

I am patiently waiting to order my new watch hopefully Friday with the $150 credit. I don't trust one rep out of all the others that said we can use it once off pre-order that says it can't because it was released after the Note 10 plus.

Let us know if you are able to. I'll return my best buy one I pre ordered and re order with 150 credit. Just use best buy one until the other arrives!!! And keep my battery I got for free! At least I hope!

I'm also planning on ordering the watch active 2 on Friday with the $150 code. I was told by a Samsung rep that I could use it once it's out of preorder status. Curious to see which rep is right haha

This promo code was offered along with the Note 10/Note 10+ and the accessories that were released along with it, it would not be applicable on Galaxy watch Active 2 as it is a new release.

Seems my code isn't working at all now when I try to order a battery pack and ear phones. Grrr keeps saying something went wrong and won't work.

I pre-ordered through Best buy but it's still a Samsung gift card. I talked to a Samsung rep and he said really the only thing to do is wait and eventually the watch will become compatible with our 150 credit. He also said they've had a lot of people trying to use the credit towards the watch, hopefully Samsung with allow the credit to work

I'm chatting with Samsung support now. I have the transcript from the chat where I was told I could use the $150 credit after the release of the watch active 2. They just asked me for the Chat ID, which I have provided and they are reviewing. I'll let you know how I make out....

Well that's not true at all. These people are worthless.

LOL.... there are only 5 "mobile accessories" that are also watches in the menu to select when I logon with my code.
