Woohoo so glad I waited a little longer to use my $150 voucher. I finally can get the yellow Galaxy buds. Lol. The expected delivery dates changed to: galaxy buds sept 19 and 45w charger to October 3.

My order says it will be emailed to me 15 days after my N10+ is delivered

And the $150 is a one time / one use discount
so in other words I need to spend it all at one time.

The 15 day thing is for the samsung.com pre orders who choose the e-coupon instead of choosing the gifts at pre order time.

Those who are getting the discounts emailed are the carrier/best buy and other retailer pre orders who claimed the gift via shop Samsung app after receiving their phones.

Yeah sucks for us that we have to wait 15 days until the return period is over but we also had the choice to select gifts at pre order time. It's fine just another week left.

Anyone getting this $150 voucher from Samsung for Note10 pre-order through Verizon (or other carriers)?

I pre-ordered Note10+/Note10+ 5G phones.

Received on Aug 23 (Friday).

This week activated both phones on Verizon.

I did get usual Samsung e-mail saying phones are registered and here's 30% off any mobile accessory $69.99 or less.

Instruction from Verizon says following.

I went to the Shop Samsung app, and i do not see this promo to register for.


Pre-order Note10, Note10+ or Note10+ 5G between 8.8.19 and 8.22.19.

Create or log into a Samsung account in the Shop Samsung app and select a Note10, Note10+ or Note10+ 5G promo and click, "see if I'm eligible."

Register for the promo in the app.

Receive an email with Samsung.com voucher code 6 – 8 weeks after approval.

I still haven't been approved for mine for some reason. I usually get approved within hours.

I got approved 2 days ago, but I haven't received any notice of a code or whatever they give you , just says "Your Submission has been approved"

Never used the pre-order or Samsung credit for purchase before so I really have no clue how it works.
