Has anyone been able to claim the pre order for the ultra or plus. Its 200.00 for the ultra and 150.00 for the Plus. I don't see anything on the shop Samsung app.

Same here, been checking periodically and all it does is try to get me to pre-order the s20 again.

Thats only for Samsung direct orders. Carrier orders are done after you receive the phone.

There's not much I could come up with either. Unless you use it towards a TV or something. I'm just gonna get the buds+ and the rugged case. Then I can leave my buds from the note at work and keep the new ones for the gym and at home.

Whew, I was getting kinda furious to see that I wasn't eligible either. Went through the Shop app and tapped "see if I'm eligible" and it said I wasn't. Couldn't figure out why. I guess I'll just try again tomorrow. Glad I'm not the only one and that Samsung is aware of the problem. Thanks for the updates.
