For all of you that keep getting denied. I was getting denied too. Even though I was copy and pasting the IMEI number correctly.

I tried a different way. I used the QCode to scan the IMEI number directly from the box and it worked first time!

So I'm on Verizon I've tried all of work arounds to redeem and nothing has worked. I called Samsung and they said I'd have to have mine manually put in and I have to wait 3-5 business days for someone to review the request then if I'm eligible they will email me a link to follow for my offer. So sounds like I'm getting screwed out of my offer.

Was wondering if you were finally able to redeem. (followed up in BB pre-order thread) I'm still in the same boat too. Samsung did some troubleshooting - no success and then I sent them my receipt, etc. They better honor the promotion or I'm going to be one unhappy person!!

Samsung rep told me its been approved of course 4 to 6 weeks and that the app showing waiting approval is because the system is down and everyone is being approved

So ridiculous that they make people wait weeks to get there stuff when ordering from outside of Samsung. I was actually going to upgrade through Samsung this time around but I thought there was an extra $150 discount tacked on the $600 trade in value at BB so I went with them. Turns out that was only for Sprint customers. Kicking myself for that one on top of this free stuff nightmare.

Just an update. I didn't have to wait 4-6weeks for the credit. It arrived for me today (I pre-ordered through T-Mobile)

My claim was approved on March 5th (same day I sent it in)

So what is everyone using it on? I thought I'd do the Buds+, but my Buds from the S10+ already have great sound quality and I've never had issues with the battery life. Also, I've gotten into the Smartthings world and I see you can get two cameras for $100.

I used mine towards Galaxy buds+ and Galaxy Active 2 watch bundle (ended up spending $175 out of pocket)

So $175 got me the Galaxy buds+ and the 44mm active 2 watch. I'm happy with that

I got my approval code today as well. Received a notification from Shop Samsung app and then received the code via email. I'll be getting the Buds+ once I decide on which color to get. I have the Aura Blue S20+ don't really want the black was thinking the red or blue ones.

Beware the lack of a bezel makes the active 2 super fragile. Already have a scratch on mine and I've only had it 2 weeks. Had my Galaxy watch for over a year and it was flawless.

There's an option to apply points, as you can see I used all my points on the watch. I had about 60 plus dollars in reward points

With the Red leather case. Samsunh giving us 200.00 credit is a great move. The Ultra is already a monster expensive phone. So giving us pre order consumers 200.00 is a great way to keep us Consumers here.

Yes when I saw they had red I said why not. Ive had the black ones for the original buds. Red just looks great
