Samsung A20 capture camera failed forWells Fargo Mobile Deposit

[Android Central Question]

I tried several times to make a mobile deposit thru Wells Fargo Mobile App. It was impossible to get automatically or manually an acceptable picture of the check either front or back.

It works perfectly with an old GMoto thou.....

Welcome to Android Central! First, go to Settings>Apps, select the Wells Fargo app, then Permissions, and make sure it has Camera permission turned on.

Definitely check whats mentioned above, if that ok try uninstall and install again, im using it on my Note 20u with no issues, and check play store i think a recent update is available
