Samsung A5 sharing videos problem

Hi guys. I have this problem in my phone when I record a video from my normal camera app and then share it with my friends on Facebook messenger the sound of the video gets unclear at all. Please if anyone knows how to fix I'll be glad

I don't really k ow how to solve this issue but I also have a Samung A5 2017 and my phone keeps disconnecting from the wifi and generally has poor wifi , have you faced this problem ?

For the video, remember to enable HD uploading on Facebook's settings.
