Hello. I keep getting a notice in my drop down screen. When I tap it opens then force closes and I get an error message. Any ideas?1478734943480.jpg

Have you disabled any Samsung apps in the App Manager? If so, one of them might be needed to open that particular notification.

Also, try long-pressing the notification and see if you get an App Info option that tells you which app is responsible.

Hah, well that's not gonna help us much.:-\ What about the question of disabling any Samsung apps? Have you done that in the past?

No not that I am aware of. When I go into application manager it does not say they are disabled

In the Samsung Account app info page in the App Manager, tap Storage, and then Clear Cache, and see if that helps.

Instead of waiting for it to happen again, I'd just clear the Samsung Account app cache now, then watch closely to see if it happens again down the line.

Another thing to try is to wipe the system cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30240

I have been having this issue as well. This is how I fixed it. Go to Settings/ Accounts/ accounts (again)/ Samsung Account/ About/ App Info/ Notifications/ uncheck.

There may be an easier way to get to the Samsung Account app and turn off notifications, but this is the only way I knew how.

God bless and Jesus loves you.
