Last couple of days I've been ignoring the Samsung account notice. Anyone else getting these notices?

I got it, I just agreed to the first two boxes but not the last one, forgot what it said but it wasn't necessary.
 
I'll have to wait for it to come back around again to see what the deal is.

It got it today too, I was at work and had to time read it so I just agreed to all of it. LOL
 
I've been getting this too and I have no idea what it is or what they're asking for permission to do.

Can someone explain what this is???
 
Samsung changed the name of the Samsung Apps app to Galaxy Apps it just needs to re download.
