Samsung account

[Android Central Question]

Everytime I access my contacts or go into messages, I get a notification from samsung account to use my samsung account. I've turned off badges but nothing will stop these notifications. I've also noticed that even when I don't allow notifications on a lot of the samsung apps, it still allows it. Is anyone else having this issue and how do I stop it? I'm almost regretting this "upgrade" from an s8 to an s9...
