Samsung Apps

I'm using Samsung S4 I9505, I live in Brunei Darussalam, I can't access to my Samsung Apps, I can't Download the Samsung Galaxy Gear Manager for my S4.
Any 1 can help for this thread,

I know the problem.
Your country is not supported to run the Samsung appstore or samsung wallets.
