Samsung Bluetooth in Tablets

Have four Samsung tablets (2 are Nexus 10s) none of which have Bluetooth working all of which had Bluetooth working. Do Samsung Bluetooth radios self destruct after so many hours? Are they trying to sell tablets?

My Bluetooth seems to work pretty well. It spazzed out earlier, but cycling it fixed the problem.

My bluetooth will not turn on. How do you power cycle the Note Pro? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I just shut it down and powered it back up again.
