Samsung C5 Pro charging via powerbank and PC, but not via AC power.

I have a very weird issue with my Samsung C5 Pro. The phone charges via powerbank and PC but doesn't via AC source. I have tested different power plugs and cables and even tested the chargers on a separate phone and it worked everywhere else except my phone. I read somewhere that turning off USB debugging may solve the problem, but it didn't. Please help!
