Samsung.com Orders

I got mine in last night for a Verizon white 512gb. Used the app and got a watch4 and case with the promo dollars and traded in a few devices to get the price down pretty solid.

I tried around 9pm EST and just got spinning wheels so I waited an hour or so and tried again and the items added to cart and the order went through.

My 1st time trading in direct with Samsung so I'm a little nervous about sending in for credit etc but hopefully all goes smooth.

Now we wait for the shipping emails!

I've been trading in for the last three years and everything went smooth and perfect. If you're the type of person who considers something dirty and smashed up as being 'like new' then you might have something to worry about. If you're like me and keep your stuff impeccably clean and in mint shape then you will have no issue. Just don't try sending in a smashed apart device thinking it's out-of-the-box new condition lol. :p
 
Still have not recovered from the 12 hour ordeal that was me trying to order my S22 Ultra and accessories. A little pissed they ran out of the new 45 watt chargers. Hoping the S23 pre-order will go much smoother.
Just save the instant credits for later. I was about to use it on case and 45 watt but it's all out.

Rather have the phone lol.
 
Did anyone receive the $50 reservation credit? The email says another email would arrive, but didn't see anything.
I also signed into Samsung with my email & nothing there either.

Nope, I didn't get the $50 reservation credit. Didn't get the email either (checked the junk mail folder too). What gives? :-
 
Anyone who ordered a tab 8 ultra combo with the bookcover not see the bookcover show up in their cart after checkout? I even went back through the process and it didn't say sold out and it still didn't show

Bookcover showed up in the checkout but the leather case for the phone got removed. I initially thought it got removed due to going out of stock but I was able to reorder the leather case separately after the fact. So maybe things getting removed from the cart/checkout is completely random?

I could re-order 1st but it's just not worth the hassle. I'll get credit after shipping

Yea I'm definitely not canceling and reordering over an extra $50 and chance losing out on something, especially with how long and a pain it was to get my initial order in. Heck, I got the $350 keyboard/cover for the Tab S8 Ultra for free on top of getting $475 off the Tab S8 Ultra and then $800 off the S22 Ultra with my trade in (well I think $100 of that was off for the memory size upgrade), can't worry about an additional $50 at that point, lol. My total savings came out to $1700 already. :p
 

Yea problem is I already ordered and I'm not going to cancel and reorder over $50 when my total savings on my order already came out to $1702.92 saved over buying everything separately at say Best Buy. I might make a fuss later with support to get the $50 for a 45w charger but I don't really care at this point because the free $350 keyboard and $475 off the Tab S8 Ultra is already pretty damned good lol.

Agreed.... I already chatted with Samsung and have a reference ticket # that I can refer to once shipped to get extra credit.

i have not yet received any emails telling me that there's some link to clink or anything. i did receive, immediately after i did my "reservation", that i am indeed reserved.

i do have $200 accessories credit which i spent immediately when i placed my S22 Ultra order yesterday: ear buds pro for $150, and 45-watt charger for $50, so that's account for and gone now.

after my order, i received an email saying that my order was received. shortly thereafter, like a couple of hours later, i received a SECOND email saying that my order has been "confirmed". i don't know what the second emails actually says in addition to my first email. confusing.

may i ask if anyone knows how/when i will get my $50? thank you.

I was able to preorder (the T-Mobile 512 GB in black) last night from Samsung.com, but it was a living hell and I did indeed get the circle of death many times.

A lot of the good stuff was already out of stock in terms of pre-order promos. But I managed to use almost my entire credit on a 15 W single charging pad and three different cases

I've learned over the years Samsung doesn't process orders in chronological order so I'm fine with it.

So in the past I always got the smallest sized phones because I was also worried about the size. My first large phone was the S20 Ultra and it took a little getting used to at first but now the regular phones seem undersized. The big screen is really nice when using as a GPS, media consuming, reading, etc. and I just could never go back to a smaller phone now. I would of stuck with the Ultra if I was you for the better camera (my main thing I care about in a smartphone is the camera) and get a thin case like the Samsung leather because a Plus with say, a Otterbox Symmetry will feel just as chonky as a Ultra with a thin case, if not even more since Otterboxes are usually boxy in shape.
 
Like others I was finally able to put in my order for the S22U Unlocked 1TB and TabS8U 512GB last night around 10PM Central because the site was horrible all day. Probably the worst pre-order experience Samsung has ever had. I thought the Google Pixel 6 release was bad but this was right up there with it.
 
I should have clarified. I meant the 8 ultra tablet and not the S22 Ultra

You know, you have to wonder why they changed from the S10 to the S20 for the model year why they didn't use the same naming scheme for the Tablets? Especially why do they use the "S" in the name of the Tablets? Like do a Google search for a Tablet S6, S7, etc. and you get more phone results than Tablet results. Like the new Tablet should be named T22, T for Tablet and 22 for the year like the phone not S8 like a ancient Galaxy S8 phone lol.

But I went with the Tab Ultra because I wanted basically a hometheater in bed or lounging anywhere for media consumption lol.

You normally have to do that up front and some people saw it when logged on and some didn't. This happens every pro-order and one year Samsung acknowledged the screw up automatically and sent a prom code after the fact. That's not guaranteed so I contacted them via chat to complain and resolve and got a reference ticket number to refer to once the order is shipped.
 
I received a email when I
signed up to reserve a ultra. And the email says watch for email after you preorder, telling you how to get the $50
 
I am so sad to see the 1TB versions sold out without the option of preordering and waiting longer... Now I'm thinking I'd better choose and get the 512GB before it does the same. Boo!
