Samsung.com Orders

Surprised no origin scans yet with peoples cards getting charged already. Didn't think retailers were allowed to charge cards until items actually shipped.

It weird because I ordered 2 Ultras. first order is for White with a trade in and my CC was charged right away. The order says processing and the cancel button is gone.
Second order is for Burgundy and no trade in but using the same CC and no charge and cancel button is gone.

Unless the retailer is Samsung. I was taken aback to see that my credit card got charged immediately upon placing the order for the full amount.

I think they can once the label is printed. It is in the shipping system, so to say.

Maybe that's why Samsung had the shipping labels created so fast, so they can get their money faster.

Looks like my Black S22U in 512gb was just pushed back a week. I placed the order yesterday on 2/16 but it said February 25th delivery yesterday 🤦*♂️

Ugh my 9:30am Feb 9th order for S22U 1TB is still preorder with cancel button. Still says Feb 25th, but feels like its in some order limbo...

I'm still debating on whether I should trade my S21 ultra in for the S22 Ultra. I'll get $800 for mine plus $250 in credit accessories. I was thinking about getting the Galaxy Watch 4 with that credit. How much more is it worth it to buy from Samsung vs T-Mobile? I wouldn't by unlocked because it's another $100 more or should I? I'm so used to having all the T-Mobile things set up already.

For me it's worth it bc they take your trade price off the cost of the phone instantly vs T-Mobile spreading your trade payment over 36months. I didn't feel like being tied down for 3 yrs just to get the credit.

Not to mention you only pay the taxes on the amount after instant trade vs taxes on full price which easily saved you $50+.

How accurate is Samsungs ship dates? I ordered both the S22U and S8 yesterday (Samsung confirmed the order already) and both have ship dates of April 8th. I am fine waiting a little bit, but I really hope it doesn't take until April to get these.

I'f I were to pick up the 256 gb and free Galaxy Watch 4 with taxes it's just shy of $500. I'll give the weekend to make my mind up.

It may move up just a bit but they sold out the release day stock pretty quick for most models, so it's going to be some wait for those who pre ordered later. Your best bet is trying to find it locally after release date to see if you can pick up one, but you'll not have the preorder freebies.

They might roll back a day or two. Mine went from Feb 25 to Feb 26, Earbud went from Feb 25 to March 22 (last time I checked). It was never explained why it dropped back a day for the phone or three weeks for the buds.

However, just checked...
Still shows Feb 26, and have a Fedex delivery notice for Feb 23 from Samsung; signature required. So, is the phone shipped and account info just not updated? I guess I'll find out next week.

Strange, when I was first informed by a person at Samsung that the phone was going to slip back one-day; it appears the label label was created.

My cancel button is also gone. But I'm sure we all will have similar shipments based on the time frame of Pressing the Confirm Order button.

My FedEx app has had the label info for a few days.
Says shipping today.
ETA notes as 02/22/22.
No movement yet as of this time, but it's early.

Mav.

My wife's s22 ultra and my tab s8 ultra got picked up today for delivery on the 22nd.

I am going from the Note 20 5G to the smaller S22 Green 256g. I am in no rush and I'm trading in my Note 10 regular. However, Samsung is having some sort of glitch where I can't complete the order at checkout trying to use Samsung Financing. It keeps saying "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes". I finally chatted and was told to call Order Processing, which I did. She tried several times to help me complete the order through various email links and repeated one hour later on a different link all to no avail. Anyone else had this issue and got it resolved? If so, how was it resolved? I only use Samsung Financing to purchase new phones as I don't want to charge on my other credit cards if I can help it.

Was the Tab S8 Ultra and S22 Ultra the same order? My S22 Ultra has a label for Feb 22 delivery but for my tab S8 Ultra which is a separate order has no movement yet. Cancel button still present with estimated delivery date of Feb 25.

Yes it was the same order got the bundled deal FedEx package shows it weighs 6lbs so I'm thinking both are being delivered.
